Went in thinking I had a battery issue and it turned out to be a bigger issue than just the battery. Connor helped to diagnose what we thought was the original issue and change the battery for me. He was beyond helpful and provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. He is a big reason I will continue to come back to this store.
Theres a young man named Connor who is a employee. Im disabled and have too many issues to mention. Most folks get upset with me. He litterally saved my butt. He treated me with respect,and had the patience of an Angel. My truck had very many issues was breaking down LITTERALY. He was honest . Truly a breath of fresh air. This was the first time going to get parts for my car were the young lady waited on use was just amazing she help me with everything no matter how many times she had to explain things to me and when we were done we had everything we needed to get my truck fixed. Big thank you to her.
They'll gladly sell you a $50 jug of oil you can get for $25 anywhere else. But then when you go to return the oil you are greeted with the same sign on the door that says the oil container in the back for recycling is full. Same sign has been up for probably 2 years and is frankly a joke at this point to save them a buck on recycling.
The place itself is nothing to write home about but the people have always been nice and for whatever reason I have better luck getting parts in store from them then Advance or Oreillys and when I need parts I want them right then.
I was in an emergency situation on a holiday working on my mother's truck from out of town and after close Mike the manager made sure to get the part I needed and saved my whole weekend. THANK YOU
